Umm… when I try to download the 2nd one, a window pops up filled with a whole page for random letters and numbers. Any suggestions? I have a mac btw.

Hey dragon! Thanks for the feedback. We’ve had this problem before, but it seemed to be resolved on our end. Do you mind giving us a bit more detail so we can look into it?

1- Did you try downloading the others, and if so did they work?

2- If you control-click (or right-click) on the link and select “Save Link As…” does that allow you to download the file?

Ok I’d still like to have your answers to the previous questions, but I may have figured out the problem. I tried clicking the link in Safari and it shows that crazy text page. If that’s what you are using, control-click then save linked file as… and when you get the pop up, remove the .txt extension at the end (if there is one). You will get another pop up when you click to save. Click “do not append”.

Sorry for the crazy workaround. The site is optimized for Firefox, so if you have it, I’d recommend it!
